Over the years, my journey with plant medicine has taken me more deeply into healing, service, and the traditional wisdom of the Amazon than I ever could have imagined.
What began as a personal path gradually became a calling to support others through their own healing. Through years of working with ayahuasca, entering traditional plant dietas, and spending time alongside Maestra Ángela López and Urias García Nunta, my relationship with this medicine has deepened in ways I did not know were possible.
Ángela and Urias have taught me that this work is not only about ceremony. It is a living relationship with the plants, the land, the unseen world, and the responsibility we carry for how this medicine is shared.
Mariella and I are honored to invite you to join us for two intimate, eleven-day retreats at Metsá-Kabi, held on Maestra Ángela’s land in the Peruvian Amazon outside Iquitos.
This is a complete Shipibo healing process guided through five ayahuasca ceremonies. Each ceremony builds upon the one before it, moving through diagnosis, cleansing, healing, protection, and the closing Arkana, which helps seal and integrate the work.
Alongside the ceremonies, the retreat will include traditional plant baths, individual consultations with the healers, personalized master-plant treatments, yoga and embodiment practices, breathwork, sound healing, creative expression, and opportunities to learn more about Amazonian plants and Shipibo traditions.
Mariella brings decades of experience with ayahuasca and master plants, along with a deeply loving, intuitive, and maternal presence. She has a beautiful ability to help people feel held as they move through emotional blocks, reconnect with themselves, and remember their own strength.
Together, we are creating a small and carefully held retreat where each person can receive meaningful attention from the healers and facilitators. Our intention is to honor the depth of traditional Shipibo medicine while offering the preparation, emotional support, and integration needed to meet this work with respect.

The total investment is $2,950. An $800 non-refundable deposit secures your place.
Each retreat is limited to ten participants, allowing us to maintain an intimate environment with personal care and support throughout the journey.
A portion of the proceeds directly supports the healers, their families, and community projects in Ucayali. Ayni, the sacred practice of reciprocity, is at the heart of this work.
